PSM -Safety

Overview:
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager -Industrial Safety Systems to develop the UK market for a broad portfolio of industrial safety sensors and systems, including Light Curtains, Safety Lidar & Radar, interlocks & switches, Safety PLCs & relays. This role combines technical insight with commercial acumen and involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management across the Europe SouthWest region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and customer engagement
• Support Sales with technical and commercial expertise
• Manage portfolio performance, lifecycle activities, and market intelligence
• Translate customer and market insights into growth opportunities

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of machinery safety regulations & standards in industrial automation
• 3+ years in sales and business development
• 3+ years experience in industrial automation
• Background in B2B sales, portfolio management, or business development
• Affinity with safety aspects of industrial automation and sensor technology
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and strategic mindset
• Must have the right to work in the UK

Contract: Permanent
Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am–4:00pm
  Location: Home-based
